In my previous podcast episode I talked about the first stage of improving your health in order to prevent career burnout- nutrition. Today on the Intentional Leadership Podcast we will be talking about exercise, the second key of managing our health.
Consistent exercise has many health benefits, which means it benefits your business. This is why you should exercise like it is your second job. My husband and I both have made the effort to be consistent with exercise, so we know firsthand how hard the transition to a more active life can be. Today we're coming together to share the 3 strategies we've incorporated in our lives in order to maintain a regular exercise routine.
